Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, advisor to the Egyptian President for Health Affairs, revealed the seriousness and reality of the arrival of the Corona virus “Heyhi” mutant to Egypt.
He said on the “Al-Hadath Al-Youm” channel on Sunday evening, that they are following very closely this mutated and everything related to the Corona virus in the world.
He stressed that there is no serious development in the types or severity of cases, noting that the mutations in the latest Corona virus are not as strong as it is reported, and that Egypt is still at the heart of the fourth wave of Corona.
He stated that Egypt does not have any crisis with regard to treating patients with the Corona virus, or a shortage crisis in intensive care rooms.
