Through these Agreements, CCCC / CRBC formalizes its entry into the capital of the Société d’Aménagement de Tanger Tech -SATT-, up to 35%, alongside Bank of Africa, the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima Region and TMSA , thus consolidating the SATT round table.
The investment protocol and the shareholders’ agreement were signed on one side by CCCC and CRBC, represented respectively by their Vice-Presidents Liang Qingshan and Sun Yaoguo, and on the other side by Bank of Africa, represented by its Chairman and CEO Othman Benjelloun, TMSA represented by its chairman Fouad Brini and the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima Region, represented by its chairman Fatima El Hassani.
During this signing ceremony, the company Aeolon, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of wind blades, has already announced its intention to set up in the Mohammed VI Tangier Tech City with an investment of 140 Million US Dollars and the creation of more than 2,000 jobs.
