Separately, more than 2200 pages of documents were released late Thursday by the ICAC showing that Ms. Berejiklian had dinner at Mr Maguire’s home with his closest business partner, who had an induction service and cash-for-money in the former MP’s parliamentary office Visa system operated.
The documents, mainly transcripts of interviews conducted by ICAC investigators, also show the extent to which the corruption investigation has spread among the ranks of the NSW parliament.
In the documents, Wagga Wagga high school teacher Karen Barbey, partner of Mr. Maguire’s longtime friend and business associate Phil Elliott, senior ICAC investigator Paul Grainger, said she had met Ms. Berejiklian at least three times.

Mr Maguire announced to the ICAC on Wednesday that he had turned his parliamentary office into a part-time headquarters for G8wayinternational, which he tacitly ran.
In her evidence to ICAC on Monday, Ms Berejiklian said she knew Mr Elliott through the Liberal Party and that he had led Mr Maguire’s election campaign.
“I also assumed they had common interests, but I didn’t know what they were. I assumed they had a business relationship, but I didn’t know what it was, ”Ms. Berejiklian said.
On a third occasion, she said she and Mr. Elliott had dinner with the Prime Minister and Mr. Maguire at Romano’s Wagga Wagga Restaurant – “just the four of us”.
The transcripts also reveal government officials interviewed as part of the investigation, including Minister Melinda Pavey, former Commerce Secretary Niall Blair, Mulgoa MP Tanya Davies, and Davidson MP Jonathon O’Dea.
Ms. Davies, who described her relationship with Mr. Maguire as “only professional”, said he approached her in the Parliament Halls in 2018 and asked her to meet with racing driver Louise Raedler Waterhouse.
Ms. Davies confirmed that she later met with Ms. Waterhouse and some voters, adding that she was surprised to find out that the group represented a large number of landowners.
In his interview with ICAC, Mr Blair said he does not have a great relationship with Mr Maguire and said, “I can best describe Daryl as an old woman.”
On Monday, Ms. Berejiklian informed the ICAC that she did not remember Mr. Maguire telling her he was trying to help Ms. Waterhouse with zoning problems she had with land owned by her family near Badgerys Creek.
During her taking of evidence, the Prime Minister said that Mr Maguire once told her he was sending a letter from Mrs Waterhouse, but that she had “failed to establish the link between the two”.

On Thursday, Mr Maguire told the Commission that he had raised “Badgerys Creek Stuff” to the Prime Minister before September 2017.
He said he had often asked Ms. Berejiklian for advice and confirmation regarding his debts and “what I have done about property to solve some problems”.
The Prime Minister remained defiant and said the question was “wrong in every way”.
“I was open, direct, very much to my personal disadvantage, but I had to do it because it is in the public interest,” Ms. Berejiklian said of her ICAC appearance.
“The opposition can clutch any straw it likes. The truth is, I didn’t do anything wrong. ”
