The directives included the importance of coordination and cooperation with government agencies and agencies in dealing with heavy rain and torrential cases through the civil defense committees in the regions, raising to the princes of regions and heads of civil defense committees a plan for rainwater drainage and preventing flood risks, and providing members of the regions civil defense committee with this plan, according to The national plan for facing natural disasters, as well as providing the General Department of Disasters at the Ministry’s Agency for Technical Affairs with a detailed report on the Secretariat’s preparations for the rainy season for this year 1442 AH.
