Microsoft would have banned an influencer Xbox Series X

Microsoft has decided to change its communication strategy with the launch of the Xbox Series X / S. Unlike the release of the Xbox One, the American manufacturer sent several machines to the press and influencers, and Xbox-Mag was lucky enough to be part of it. We received the console several days ago, with the counterpart to wait for the end of an embargo set for this Thursday, November 5 to talk about it in detail. A rule that has existed for many years in the field of video games, and valid for both consoles and games.

By receiving his console, the Californian influencer @PAPIGFUNK was necessarily subject to this common rule but took the liberty of not sticking to it. Since Monday, he has indeed broadcast videos of the interface, then loading times on games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V. A breach of his obligations that did not seem to please Microsoft since it now complains that its Xbox Series X is “broken” and that it shows a black screen at startup.

Unless it is a purely technical problem, which would be a strange coincidence all the same, it is therefore the first Xbox Series X owner to see his machine bricked by Microsoft. A performance that should not, however, compensate for his disappointment as a player.
