The spokesman for the Libyan army, Ahmed Al-Mesmari, announced that “Turkey is transferring Syrian and non-Syrian terrorists from Libya to Azerbaijan.”

He also pointed out that “ISIS is benefiting from some of its supporters in Tripoli.”
