And it is that on the border with that American city, but on the Mexican side, in Mexicali state of Baja Calirnia, a few days ago a tragedy was being experienced: in a commercial establishment a quite serious fire was being registered, which could not be put out. because the pipe was clogged. So, The urgent support of the Calexico fire department, the city on the other side of the northern Mexican border, was requested to support their colleagues.

The Calexico rescue team launched a hose to supply water, nothing more and nothing less than through the famous border wall. The rescue department explained that it used a fire pump with a four-inch supply line, which was put directly through Donald Trump’s border wall, from the United States to Mexico, to provide support due to the collapse of the water intake. on the Mexican side.

“At approximately 11:30 am, Unit 3821 was called to help the Mexican Fire Department supply water for a commercial building fire that occurred downtown. Local media reported that the incident occurred in an abandoned building that is located in the Second Section neighborhood, next to the building of the Institute of Fine Arts of the State of Baja California, in Mexicali.

There the fire started on the second floor of the building located on Pedro F. Pérez y Ramírez avenues, between Reforma alley and Álvaro Obregón avenue, where previously the offices of the National Chamber of Commerce (Canaco) were located.

The Mexicali firefighters who were rescued celebrated the cooperation with their American colleagues noting that “Firefighters have no borders, where they work we will be there”, while they shared the photos of the fire registered last week in that city.

The Mexicali Fire Department also highlighted that the binational effort was carried out as part of an international mutual aid plan between Mexicali and Calexico.

It is not the first time that the neighbors to the north and south show that they manage very well to interact, dodging the supposed barrier that the border wall represents.

And it is that a few days ago, a video began to circulate on social networks that precisely caught the attention of different users by showing a seller of tamales making a successful transaction with a member of the United States border patrol.

In the images of the clip, a man in a yellow raincoat and gray shorts approaches the border wall that divides the US with Mexico. On the other side of the metal fence you can see a man in the olive uniform that characterizes the Border Patrol and a white and green patrol car, also from the United States Border Patrol.

The images are captured from a cell phone and the cameraman was inside a moving vehicle, this is known, because part of the windows and the rear-view mirror of the car can be appreciated, for that reason it is not possible to appreciate the entire process of the sale; but nevertheless, the tamalero is heard saying that if he doesn’t like the product, don’t pay for it.
