You can still pre-order a PS5 anywhere in Australia

It’s safe to say that the pre-order process for PlayStation 5 back in September wasn’t the smoothest. Both customers and retailers were surprised and, within a few hours, entire consoles of the console were sold out. Those without pre-orders have been patiently waiting to see if more allocations will be available this year. And the good news is that today, November 12th, more PS5 pre-orders will go live! You can get one here.

Keep in mind that the stock will likely run out FAST. We already hear reports of websites suffering from the traffic load.

Amazon Australia

Customers have received emails from Amazon giving them the option to pre-order a PS5 November 12 online from the Amazon website. It is indeed, and pre-orders for the disc version of the PS5 console have been live – for about half a second. It’s likely that the digital edition of the PS5 will still be open for pre-orders today. But keep checking back in case Amazon has more available today, and you can sign up for product email notifications on any PS5 page too.

The minstrels

Local business in Sydney The Gamesmen have announced that there will be another shipment of PS5 consoles sometime in December. Pre-orders for this show will go live Thursday, November 12th at 10:00 a.m. AEDT. Orders are only online from The Gamesmen website.

JB Hi-Fi

Electronics retailer JB Hi-Fi is also starting additional pre-orders for the PS5. JB announced on Facebook that pre-orders for the PS5 will be made available from 11:00 a.m. AEDT on Thursday November 12th. These pre-orders are only onlineDon’t try to order one from the store or you will walk away disappointed.

Harvey Norman

Harvey Norman will reopen its PS5 pre-orders on launch day for delivery before December. No word on when these will go live, but you can keep checking back for the digital and regular editions of the PS5 on the Harvey Norman website at 12. November.

Other retailers, including Target, EB Games, Kogan, Big W, and the Sony Store, have all stated that they may receive pre-orders at some point in the future, but on different dates. Keep an eye on all the details here and hopefully you can be one of the lucky ones to grab a PS5 before Christmas.
