Both Xbox Series X. and the PlayStation 5 Bring a lot of power to the table as we enter the next generation of video game consoles. The improvement that will likely affect your game the most is the integration of NVMe SSD drives for internal storage into both systems. These solid state drives help consoles significantly reduce loading times for both new games and games for last generation consoles. But which of the two next-generation machines charges the fastest?

To answer that question, we looked at the backward compatibility features of the PS5 and XSX and pitied the two machines against each other. We compared the load times of five games originally released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to see how quickly the two new consoles would get them ready to play, from the game launch to the first moment you were able to control them.
