Nvidia’s RTX 3060 Ti is reportedly already on sale, at least in Saudi Arabia, where a retailer has apparently jumped the gun and ignored the official release schedule for the graphics card.

Of course, we have to remember that the RTX 3060 Ti is still just a rumored card at this point – despite convincing pictures just leaked – but nonetheless, we obviously have to take a hefty dose of salt into this particular story.

Videocardz believes a new picture of the Saudi Arabian retailer known as “Silicon Valley” is real, even if the picture provided with the product list on the website is a fake (rather strange).

In fact, the retailer also shared a video clip of the packaging of the Gigabyte 3060 Ti Eagle graphics card, which of course would be difficult to counterfeit – see below (Twitter leaker harukaze5719 was the first to come across this story).

The packaged Gigabyte 3060 Ti graphics cards certainly look real in this video, although the way they’re captured doesn’t exactly help …

Not long to wait

You can get your own picture of the legitimacy of all of this, of course, but it seems to reinforce the rumor that the RTX 3060 Ti is indeed imminent, considering it comes to more leaked images that we saw yesterday.

Originally, this supposed ampere graphics card was supposed to arrive sometime in November, but recent speculation now points to a slight delay and release in early December.

The theory is that the RTX 3060 Ti will have 4,864 CUDA cores as well as 8 GB of GDDR6 VRAM and a price tag of around $ 400 (around £ 300, AU $ 560). The price quoted by the Saudi Arabian retailer is 3,699 Saudi rials, which is roughly $ 990 (or about £ 760, AU $ 1,370), but that will obviously not be representative of Nvidia’s final price for the GPU in other regions .

Meanwhile, the GPU grapevine is also full of chatter about a potential vanilla RTX 3060, and most interestingly, an RTX 3050 Ti, both of which could be out in January 2021.
