New Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gameplay material is coming later this week

Ubisoft has announced a special virtual event for Assassins Creed: Valhalla, which will take a first look at brand new gameplay material.

The program “Odin’s Hootenanny” will be broadcast on Friday, November 6th at 6:00 pm CET. The event, held in partnership with Microsoft, will “feature a variety of exclusive content including a gameplay reveal from the Xbox Series X version of Assassins Creed: Valhalla”.

The virtual celebration will be moderated by Danny Wallace, best known for portraying Shaun Hastings in the United States Assassin’s Creed Series. There will also be a Viking-inspired game show, a segment with storytelling director Darby McDevitt, as well as appearances by British rappers Dan Bull and Lethal Bizzle.

In the live-action game show, two teams of “Britain’s best presenters and content creators” compete against each other in a series of Viking-inspired challenges including ax throwing. The cast is said to be included, according to Bex Bomb, Elle Osili-Wood, Gav Murphy and Marcus Bronzy IGN.

In addition, the game’s narrative director Darby McDevitt will “explore storytelling Assassins Creed: Valhalla”In an interview with BAFTA presenter Elle Osili-Wood. In another segment, the British rappers Dan Bull and Lethal Bizzle are involved in a rap fight that Ubisoft calls the “modern interpretation of a flight fight in the dark ages”.

Assassins Creed: Valhalla The release is scheduled for November 10th for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, PS4, Google Stadia and Xbox One. The game will also be a launch title for the PS5. It will be released for the console on November 12th in the United States, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, and for the rest of the world on November 19th.
