Watch Dogs Legion offers an impressive multiplayer mode in which up to four friends can work together on a special game map – or fight to the death in a Spider-Bot deathmatch.

According to Ubisoft, Watch Dogs Legion offers a cross-platform advancement. So if you play the game on a current generation system and then upgrade to a PS5 or Xbox Series X, your game data will be transferred.
While the single-player campaign is banned for console families (e.g. PS4 to PS5; Xbox One to Xbox Series X), Ubisoft has also stated that progress in multiplayer will have an impact regardless of which platform a player is moving to.
This is far from a complete crossplay, but it’s a nice perk for those who want to play Watch Dogs Legion with friends.
