Egyptian manager, Khaled Galal, has appointed as new head coach of recently promoted side Bank Al Ahly.

Bank Al Ahly parted ways with former manager, Mohamed Youssef, after a series of poor results.

They failed to win any of their last 11 games, with their last victory coming in the third match day when they beat Entag El-Harby 3-0.

Youssef will now be replaced by former Zamalek coach Khaled Galal, who will take on the new role effective immediately.

During his first spell with the Whites, as caretaker, the 53-year-old managed to lift the 2018 Egypt Cup.

His first challenge with Al Ahly Bank will be on Sunday February 28th, when they visit Aswan.
