His Excellency the Designated Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail directed the Saudi Council of Engineers to hold professional tests for foreign workers, after the task of preparing and developing professional tests for workers in engineering professions was assigned to the authority, given its competence to provide and apply the best professional practices by engineers to achieve Protecting the community and assessing academic qualifications and practical experiences.
This comes within the framework of proving engineering competencies through these various professional tests to raise the quality and efficiency of manpower participation in the engineering sectors.
This step stems from the vision of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs for distinction in providing municipal services and achieving urban sustainability in all regions of the Kingdom in order to improve the quality of life and prosperity in the cities of the Kingdom to respond to the aspirations and needs of current and future generations and achieve the happiness of the inhabitants.
The Ministry is working diligently to achieve its aspirations and goals of continuous improvement of public facilities and high-quality infrastructure, and raising the efficiency of implementation and operation of projects and programs, in order to support the achievement of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
