The decision to expedite states that it grants children of a Saudi nationality who are non-Saudi “residing in the kingdom with residency on the sponsorship of their mother, and she has a request to bring them if they are outside the Kingdom to reside with her on her sponsorship and do not have security notes.”
The same decision also states that the state “bears residency fees for non-Saudi children of citizenship, and its children are allowed to work for others in the private sector without transferring their sponsorship. Her children are treated like Saudis in terms of study and treatment, and they are counted within the rates of Saudization in the private sector.”
The decision to obtain these benefits requires that “the marriage took place with the approval of the competent authority, or that the marriage contract be notarized.” And that children of a Saudi citizen who is not a Saudi citizen have documents proving their identity.
