RIYADH — In the first of its kind in the Kingdom, cruise ships were launched in the Red Sea as part of the “Break Free” summer season initiative, which is being held from June 25 to Sept. 30, 2020, covering 10 tourist destinations around Saudi Arabia.
The initiative launched by the Saudi Tourism Authority is part of the Kingdom's efforts to provide exceptional tourism experiences through which it seeks to highlight the tourist treasures in the Red Sea and enable tourists to enjoy the huge tourism potential that lies along the Red Sea coasts in the Kingdom.
Cruise ships are expected to provide a wider array of options and packages, as the authority has called the topmost cruise ship companies in the world to operate luxury ships in the Red Sea coasts in the Kingdom with different paths and different stations.
The ships will provide the best services and meet all expectations and aspirations of Saudi tourists.
