In the southeastern city of Dnipro, a Russian attack on civilian infrastructure injured four people, including two children, according to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration.

In the northeastern Sumy region, a Russian drone struck an emergency medical vehicle, injuring its driver and a paramedic, the regional military administration said on Telegram.

Ukraine's Air Force said Russia launched 116 attack drones overnight, claiming its air defenses shot down or suppressed 94 of them.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian drones struck several locations in Russia, including a Yandex data center in the city of Vladimir, in what was reported as the third attack on the company's data centers within a week.

Yandex said operations at the affected data center had been completely suspended, forcing its platform to operate in emergency mode.

The company warned that communication channels with technical support could be unstable while restoration work continued.

“The Yandex Cloud team is working to restore service operations,” it said.

In the Black Sea resort city of Sochi, debris from a Ukrainian drone fell on airport grounds, sparking a fire in an administrative building, according to the Krasnodar regional operational headquarters.

Authorities said drone debris also fell in residential areas and hotel grounds, damaging the roof of a private house and igniting a fire at another building.

Russia's Defense Ministry claimed its air defenses intercepted or destroyed 479 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over Russian territory, annexed Crimea and the Black Sea.

The ministry also said Russian forces struck a data center in the Ukrainian port city of Odesa and a dry-cargo vessel at the port of Chornomorsk, alleging that the ship had delivered military-related cargo.
