Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - GAZA — Five Palestinians, including a 9-year-old girl, were killed Sunday in separate Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical sources, as hostilities continued despite a ceasefire in effect since October.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said two Palestinians were killed when an Israeli drone struck a workshop in the Sabra district, south of Gaza City.

The organization said the victims' bodies were torn apart in the attack, which also injured another Palestinian.

Witnesses said the drone fired at least three missiles at a building housing the workshop in the Al-Rayes neighborhood.

A medical source said a 9-year-old girl died from critical injuries sustained in Israeli gunfire in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

Another Palestinian died from wounds suffered in Israeli fire on Friday east of the Bureij refugee camp, while a fifth victim succumbed to injuries from an Israeli drone strike east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Israeli forces also continued demolishing Palestinian homes and structures in areas under their control south of Khan Younis and east of Gaza City, according to witnesses.

Loud explosions were heard during the demolition operations, although no additional casualties were reported.

According to Gaza's Health Ministry, Israeli ceasefire violations since Oct. 10, 2025, have killed at least 1,098 Palestinians and injured 3,535 others.

The ministry says more than 73,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 173,000 injured since the start of Israel's military campaign in October 2023, which has also damaged or destroyed about 90% of Gaza's civilian infrastructure.
