Delhi airport authorities said a full emergency was declared involving Flight LX147.

A passenger identifying himself as Aakarsh Gupta wrote on X that a “massive blast-like sound” was heard before pilots applied heavy braking on the runway.
He also claimed the engine caught fire before all passengers were evacuated.
