In a statement, the ministry said Taraweeh and Qiyam prayers will be held again in all mosques across Kuwait, while Ramadan centers and guest reciters will remain suspended.

The ministry set the duration of Taraweeh prayers at 20 minutes and Qiyam prayers at 30 minutes.

Ramadan centers in Kuwait usually host religious activities and invite prominent reciters from within the country and abroad to lead worshippers during Taraweeh and Qiyam prayers.

On Feb. 28, the ministry suspended the prayers and limited mosque activities to the five daily prayers after the outbreak of the US-Israeli war against Iran.
