Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - NAIROBI, Kenya — Another contingent of 217 Kenyan police officers arrived in Haiti on Saturday as part of a UN-backed mission to address gang violence and restore stability in the Caribbean nation, the Kenyan presidency confirmed.
