The media spokesman for the Qassim region police said that the security authorities were able to identify the perpetrator and arrest him, after he attacked him and poured an incendiary substance on a resident woman and her child.
Preliminary inference procedures indicated that the offender is a free Yemeni woman, who is also of Yemeni nationality and in violation of the border security system, and the assault took place as a result of a previous dispute between them.
