Pirates penetrate the “good loan” … and leak information about depositors...

A group of cyber pirates infiltrated the accounts of all branches of the “Al-Qard Al-Hassan” organization affiliated with Hezbollah, in addition to obtaining records of the cameras installed in those branches. The group, which called itself “Spiderz”, published lists of the names of borrowers and depositors in each branch of the association, in addition to all the details related to the value of loans, the rate of repayment, personal information about borrowers, the budget of branches and the institution for the years 2019 and 2020, according to a report published by “Al-Hurra”.

The pirates attached their posts to a video in which they announced their operation in which they obtained all the information related to the association and its secret accounts, and announced its status at the disposal of all people, promising to reveal more information in the next stage, according to Al-Hurra. They also issued an invitation to all borrowers and depositors who deal with Qard Hassan, not to pay and withdraw their money and to boycott the parallel economy of “Hezbollah”, according to the “Al-Hurra” report.

The operation also revealed the accounts of Al-Qard Al-Hassan Foundation in all Lebanese banks, including Jamal Trust Bank, which was previously hit by US sanctions in 2019 for alleged financial cooperation with Hezbollah and the Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association, which the US Treasury Department had blacklisted in 2007.
