A black man was beaten and killed by two white men in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, on the night of Thursday (19), the eve of Black Awareness Day (this Friday, 20). João Alberto Silveira Freitas, 40, was beaten at a unit in the Carrefour supermarket.
