Vocational and informal adult education programs are held remotely, with the exception of programs that require practical skills.

Extracurricular activities are held remotely, while only individual classes can be held on-site and in person, with the exception of people from a household or classroom. Choir and wind instrument group practices are prohibited.

A state of emergency can be declared by the Cabinet of Ministers for a certain period of time not exceeding three months. The state of emergency can end sooner if the threat is prevented.

In the event of a violation of the state of emergency rules, a person can be fined from 10 to 2,000 EUR and a legal person from 140 to 5,000 EUR.
