He added: “Within the framework of the UAE’s keenness to provide support to its brothers in light of the difficult conditions that the region and the world are going through as a result of the outbreak of the new Corona virus, a medical aid plane was dispatched today to the Republic of Tunisia to support the health sector and contribute to strengthening the medical capabilities of the medical and nursing staff and providing more Protection for her in the face of the emerging corona virus. ”

It is worth noting that the UAE has, to date, provided more than 1592 tons of aid to more than 119 countries, benefiting about 1.5 million medical workers.
