With thousands of tests on humans, the world is approaching the end of the race for a safe and effective vaccine against the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). Vaccination against COVID-19

By the end of March, the vaccination of the entire population of the state of SP must be completed, bet the health authorities.
This comprehensive vaccination project will only be possible because of an agreement between the government of São Paulo and the Sinovac laboratory. According to the document, the state will receive 46 million doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 by the end of this year, of which six million doses will be delivered ready and the other 40 million will be produced by the Butantan Institute. By February 2021, another 14 million doses, totaling 60 million doses.
