General Institute of Forensics investigates cause of death of dentist

The General Institute of Forensics must now clarify the cause of death of dentist Bárbara Machado Padilha, 32, whose body was found on Wednesday afternoon in a long difficult to access, about 300 meters from BR 158, in Santa Maria. Disappearance

Bárbara Machado Padilha was last seen on Saturday night at the Castelinho interchange, at the junction of ERS 509, BR 158 and BR 392, in Santa Maria. She stayed for about half an hour at a gas station convenience store and left on foot bound for Avenida Osvaldo Cruz.

Images from an on-site surveillance camera at the facility show that the victim was alone when leaving the facility after buying chocolate and water.
