Apply when you book your trips with us online, through our call center, or on the website of the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
During the GDRFA application process, you will be asked to enter your resident file number. This number appears on your visa in “File”.

If your request is approved, you will receive an email containing a reference number for the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA). Before you travel
COVID-19 PCR Test Procedure:

If Dubai is your final destination, you must take a COVID 19 PCR test, obtain a negative result 96 hours before departure and bring the certificate upon check-in, including travelers on transit trips in Dubai arriving from certain destinations.
The test must be taken no more than 96 hours before departure time.
The certificate shall be for the PCR test. Other test certificates including antibody tests and home tests are not acceptable in Dubai.
Bring an official printed certificate when checking in – SMS and digital certificates will not be accepted. You will not be accepted on board a flight without a printed negative test result certificate.

If you are traveling on a transit trip in Dubai

The COVID 19 PCR test is no longer required for all travelers – it is only mandatory for those arriving from the following countries or / and when the destination country requests it:

Exemption exemptions:

Children up to 12 years of age and people of determination travelers who have moderate or severe disability are exempt from this test.
UAE citizens are exempt from taking a PCR test prior to their departure from the point of origin for Dubai. They will be tested on arrival in Dubai.

Incoming travelers

In the event that you travel to Abu Dhabi immediately after your arrival in Dubai, you must bring a certificate of negative COVID 19 PCR test result issued no more than 96 hours in advance and take the DPI test at the border. You must also be quarantined for a period of 14 days and wear a tracking bracelet. Quarantine may be at home, in a hotel, or in a place of residence provided by health authorities.
