Egyptian media revealed that a violent altercation occurred between artist Ahmed Fahmy and Zamalek star Mahmoud Shikabala, during the wedding of former Zamalek board member Sherif Mounir Hassan, which was held yesterday in one of the major hotels in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
Al-Watan newspaper confirmed that the altercation occurred when Shikabala blamed the artist Ahmed Fahmy for his statements as a fan of Al-Ahly club, and Fahmy tried to calm the leader of Zamalek, but the latter cursed Al-Ahly fans, which prompted Fahmy to clash with him. She added, “As soon as the incident happened, Amir Mortada Mansour and a number of attendees intervened to break the fight, which almost turned into a fist fight.”
