Dubai's Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management announced a raft of measures on Sunday night to allow citizens and residents to travel abroad, tourists to visit the emirate and for more Dubai residents to return from overseas.

It was also revealed on Sunday that a major Covid-19 screening campaign in Abu Dhabi has helped drive infection rates below one per cent of those tested in the city, officials confirmed.
