One mother says she remained “humiliated and embarrassed” after nearly being knocked in a flight in front of her seven-year-old son because of her low-cut leopard print top.

Eve J Marie was on a Southwest Airlines (SWA) flight from Dallas to Tulsa when she said a flight attendant walked up to her and told her mother that she had violated her dress code.

Eve, 26, claims she was told to get off the plane if she couldn’t change because she was showing too much cleavage. But she argues that she cannot change the size of her breasts.

“When they threatened to remove me from the plane if I didn’t have to change, I felt completely humiliated, embarrassed and very offended,” said the mother.

“I’m an A-List member for SWA and have a credit card with the airline. I also have perks that allow anyone traveling with me to fly for free due to my high status with the airline.

“Even as a loyal customer, I had the feeling that the other women on the plane judged me based on my clothes and said my breasts were too big.

“Well, I can’t change that.”

The Instagram influencer claims the October 29 flight was her second trip of the day – and that she was able to board her earlier flight without any problems.

Eve says she feared she was stranded at the airport – in the middle of her two goals – because she didn’t have a spare set of clothes.

The Playboy model says she was only made aware of the fact that there was a problem when a flight attendant came over apologetically to say a word.

“When the … clerk called me and told me they had called someone to let me know that I had to move or be removed, I was so surprised,” Eve said.

“The companion herself apologized. This flight was my layover and the first flight said nothing. So if that was really the guideline, why wasn’t I informed before I even got on the first flight?

“I was scared that they would have stranded me in Dallas when I drove to Tulsa.

“At least, take me back to the airport I flew from at the beginning (Florida).”

In the end, the flight attendant gave Eve her work sweater to wear and she had to sit with the sweater tied around her for the entire flight.

“I didn’t have anything to change, so the same flight attendant gave me her work sweater that I could put on my chest,” she said.

“In the end, I was forced to sit in front of all the other passengers on the plane with her work sweater over my chest.

“This employee advised me to contact the company when I landed.”

Eve claimed that even though she asked what dress code she violated, no one could give her a straight answer.

She says she contacted SWA and accepted her $ 100 compensation offer. It is not enough to remedy the humiliation she suffered from her son.

“I was completely upset and embarrassed about the way I was treated,” she said.

“Nobody could tell me what exactly their ‘dress code’ was.

“I called Corporate and they apologized and granted me $ 100 flight credit.

“They also wanted me to send a documented email so they could do more research, but I haven’t done that yet.

“The SWA clothing policy says nothing about dress code except ‘indecent’ … which I wasn’t in.

“In the end, a $ 100 loan isn’t enough to cover the humiliation and discrimination I received on that flight. It all happened before my child.

“I was selected for a policy that none of the employees could explain.”

She claimed she spends $ 60,000 a year on SWA and made 32 trips with them this year – some in the same outfit.

Eve called for a clearer dress code and an apology from the airline.

The mother added: “I would like better diversification training, a clear and fair dress code that is the same for all SWA flights, a public apology and those responsible.”
