Macy Chanel appeared in the new mockumentary as an “Instagram Influencer” who gives Borat’s daughter Tutar, played by actress Maria Bakalova, advice on sexy behavior and how to land a rich man.

But Chanel is now saying that she really has a career as an actress and model and is not an online “sugar baby”.

She said she stumbled into the film when she received a “well-crafted email” about a role in “original programming” in which she was asked to help a foreigner learn the ropes of dating in the United States.

During filming, Chanel said she quickly understood that it was “more of a comedy”.

“Maria is an excellent actress, but at no point did I believe her character was authentic,” she said of Bakalova, adding that she “improvised” and “played the part” for which she was cast.

In Chanel’s scene, she gives advice to Tutar, which is offered to Vice President Mike Pence as a gift from Borat, played by Cohen.

The Californian woman said she got a laugh from the scene, even the part where she acts in shock when Tutar opens a beer bottle with her private.

“After learning to be in Borat 2I knew right away that they were going to capture the most absurd scenes that had been filmed and, without a doubt, the “bottle incident”. I was very curious to see what scenes they shot to convince viewers of the rave reviews from the audience. ”

The native Texan says that while acting, she learned the hard way that Hollywood isn’t as glamorous as it seems.

“I would love to trade for a few more years as I expand into other areas that are not filled with Hollywood guys who make a living exploiting people who are trying to get into the industry,” she said, adding : “It’s a cut-throat industry. ”

And although Chanel is portrayed as “Sugar Baby” in Cohen’s latest film, she doesn’t need anyone for money. She has been financially independent since her mother was tragically killed in a car accident five years ago.

“Because of their life insurance, I am 100% financially independent while trying to build my career as a model, actress, and product sponsor,” said Cohen.

She said her mother’s death was “one of the most difficult moments of my life.”

“She was my best friend and a woman I admired for all of her extraordinary qualities,” she said. “She was more than loved by many. The charismatic charm made it hard not to. ”

And looking back on that Borat Experience, she says, it was “overall fun”.

“The staff were great and not only did I have a tedious time not laughing, but also,” she said, noting that it was especially difficult not to break character when Bakalova used her “little hole” to opening a beer bottle. “I knew Tutar was in character the whole time. It was my job to just participate. ”

Chanel told us how to land a rich old man: “I have no personal insight into how the sugar baby works.”
