Emilia Clarke is lovingly addressed by her fans as Khaleesi and is celebrating her 34th birthday today. Clarke became famous for her role as Daenerys Targaryen in HBO’s Game of Thrones. 3. Last Christmas
Directed by Paul Feig, Clarke starred alongside Henry Goldling in this romantic comedy. In the film, Clarke works in a holiday shop, but after a near death experience, she has let go of hope in her life. Things begin to improve after Goldling’s character inspires her to make better decisions and helps her regain confidence. The film also featured Emma Thompson and Michelle Yeoh.
4. About suspicion
Emilia Clarke and Jack Huston starred via Suspicion. Huston played an FBI agent who is having an affair with his informant (Clarke). Matters go awry and Clarke’s Susan decides to pull out all the stops to seek revenge. The film was completed in 2017, but could not see the light of day until 2020 due to distribution problems.
5. Terminator Genisys
Emilia Clarke played Sarah Connor in this restart of the Terminator series. Arnold Schwarzenegger played the Terminator who raised Clarke’s Connor in an alternate reality. The film did poorly at the box office and received mixed reviews.
