Amanda wrote the video: “My boobs always seem to be in the headlines for silly reasons. I hope that changes today as I document my own mammograms to highlight that one in eight of us women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during our pregnancy, lifetime.

WHO IS ALLOWED FOR BREAST CANCER SCREENING AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

What is breast cancer screening?

Screening is a process that doctors use to identify breast cancer in its infancy and make it easier to treat.

It’s an X-ray test called a mammogram to look for signs of cancer that are too small to see or feel.

The results of the mammography are sent to the women and their family doctor within two weeks. Around 5 percent are being called back for further tests.

Who is Eligible?

Any woman who fears having breast cancer can see her GP and be referred for screening.

In view of the fact that the risk of developing breast cancer increases with age, all women between 50 and 70 years of age who are registered with a family doctor should automatically be invited for screening every three years.

Women are invited to the screening for the first time between their 50th and 53rd birthday, although in some areas they are invited from the age of 47 as part of a study.

How are you invited?

The screening process is overseen by Public Health England, which uses an IT system to send out invitations.

She said, “I’m always very nervous before I go in I think it’s a really human thing to feel. I’ll walk you through the whole thing.

“And I’ll talk about it all the way, and hopefully it will inspire you to do the same.”

“I think this is where you have to try not to be intimidated because this is a big machine, a little lively, and you know it can be a little nerve wracking having to strip your clothes and do something in front of a total stranger. Shelves.

“But in the end it is for your own safety and good. All I can say is just do it, do it for your family, do it for you. ‚

The video then showed Amanda having her breasts checked, with the nurse warning that it might feel “tight” when the machine grabs her breast.

Talking about the experience, Amanda said, “It feels tight, but it doesn’t really feel uncomfortable. And it was really quick, pretty painless. ‚

After the mammogram, Amanda assured fans that having the check for a few seconds is awkward as it could prove life-saving.

She said, “So I just did it, all the breasts are different.

“To me it didn’t feel too painful, it definitely felt very tight and it felt a bit uncomfortable, but I think for the seconds it took it was absolutely worth doing.

“So if you’ve never done it before I promise you, it’ll be over very quickly.”

It comes after Amanda hit back viewers who have been complaining about their daring dress choices for Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals over the past few weeks.

Discussing the backlash to her recent outfits and Ofcom complaints in a new exclusive interview with MailOnline, Amanda laughed at the drama and joked that her breasts need their “own representation”.

She said, “I seriously think that my girls need separate representation for me because they are known themselves. You don’t need me, you will be doing Piers Morgan’s life stories on your own next year! ‚

It will be over soon: she said:
