Tesla delivered 308,600 cars worldwide in the last quarter, breaking the previous record for the electric car maker.

Tesla’s total sales this year rose to more than 936,000 vehicles, an increase of 87 percent over 2020 sales of just under half a million vehicles.

On average, 13 analysts polled by Bloomberg news agency expect about 263,000 cars to be sold this quarter, although some revised their numbers higher in the final days of December.
