DAMAC Properties announced that it has received a disclosure from Maple Invest Co. Ltd., the bidder to acquire all of DAMAC’s shares, regarding the expected timetable for completing the acquisition offer.
Mapel Invest Co Ltd said that the unconditional offer will be announced in all respects next Sunday, and settlement will be made for the shares for which acceptance and transfer forms were received during the offer period on Monday, December 6, 2021.
