Last March, the Central Bank issued instructions regarding exempting local transfers in the Egyptian pound from all commissions and expenses associated with them for a period of three months, in order to limit dealing in banknotes because of the danger it may pose to public health in light of the Coronavirus crisis, and then decided to extend them in June Last June to 15 September.

And the Saudi riyal recorded in early trading on Saturday morning 4.11 pounds for purchase and 4.21 pounds for sale, with the National Bank of Egypt.
The price of the Emirati dirham against the Egyptian pound came at the beginning of Saturday’s trading at 4.25 pounds for purchase and 4.30 pounds for sale.
The Kuwaiti dinar against the Egyptian pound recorded today 48.85 pounds for purchase and 51.59 pounds for sale, on the National Bank of Egypt screen.
