The current raid bosses in December 2020

A new era was heralded in Pokémon Go shortly before the turn of the year, as the developers of Niantic brought the first wave of pocket monsters from the Kalos region into play. Generation 6 is here and that also affects the cast of the Pokémon Go raids. At least in the Tier 1 raids you can currently find the (in the game) newly arrived Gen 6 Pokémon Psiau, Leufeo and Dartiri. In the raids on tier 3, on the other hand, there are only tried and tested – or pocket monsters that could be described as shiny as nice to have.

Kyurem has made himself comfortable in the tier 5 raids and will stay with you until the new year (until January 1st, 2021 at 10:00 p.m.). Of course, it’s a shame that you can’t meet the legendary Pokémon in its dazzling form. Instead, the mega raids were cleaned up, which so far have made a rather unpopular impression. There are currently only three Mega Pokémon available that can appear in the raids, namely Mega Charizard X, Mega Gengar and the new addition Mega Rexblisar – the latter of course fits like a fist on the eye at Christmas time. As usual, we have marked the Mon with shiny chances for you with a *. It can be assumed that the Raidboss cast list will be changed again on December 14, 2020 when the event for the Pokémon film Secrets of the Jungle starts. We will keep you up to date.
