New rumors on GTA 6 rumors at the time of release...

A new GTA 6 Rumor is making the rounds within the Grand Theft Auto Community for allegedly leaking a reveal window for the game and pointing out some sort of PS5 exclusivity. Rockstar Games has yet to announce Grand Theft Auto VI, but it’s no secret that it’s currently in development, presumably for PS5 and Xbox Series X, and possibly PC, PS4, and Xbox One as well, with the latter two platforms entirely depending on when it’s released. That is, while Rockstar Games didn’t say a word about it GTA 6Rumors can’t stop talking about the game.

that Rockstar Games will reveal GTA 6 sometime after next year GTA 5 meets next generation consoles. Meanwhile, the YouTuber also suggests that this reveal be accompanied by details about a partnership between Sony and Rockstar Games that is believed to result in some sort of exclusivity.

If that’s true – the emphasis on the if – then the exclusivity will almost certainly come in the form of exclusive content, somewhere between little things like an exclusive package and something more essential like exclusive modes or missions. Of course, this also includes a marketing partnership.

What won’t happen is GTA 5 exclusively for a PS5 console. Not only because it is doubtful that Sony has the absurd amount of money to push this deal through, but because it is impossible to spend that type of money when it is available. And of course I’m not sure if Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive would ever be interested in such a deal simply because they don’t have to make deals on the game, let alone risky ones.

That is, if so – again the emphasis on whether – what might be possible is a timed period of exclusivity, much like what the couple agreed upon GTA 5who have favourited the PS5 before it gets to the Xbox Series X.

Take all of this with a massive grain of salt for the time being. Nothing here is official, and even if everything is correct, it can change too. As for the parties involved – Sony, Take-Two Interactive, and Rockstar Games – none of them commented on this rumor, and it is unlikely the trio will. In this case, however, we will update the story with the information provided.
