Ali and Taite, 29, announced their breakup on Instagram in July, saying they would take their time and give each other some space.
Ali, who now works in the wellness industry, made his debut at The Bachelor in 2013, returned to the Bachelor in Paradise in 2018, and was a Bachelorette later that year.
