The DJI Mavic Mini has the distinction of being incredibly compact to fit easily in one hand, especially since it is very light – only 249 grams. The drone can fold up for easy transportation. It is very practical, especially to avoid damaging it during a trip for example. The carrying case is also included in this pack, along with other useful accessories, such as spare propellers and guards.

To control the drone, there is a controller with removable sticks, in which your smartphone is housed thanks to the three cables provided (microUSB, USB-C and Lightning) to have a video rendering in flight and up to 2 kilometers of distance. It is possible to use some automatic flight features, such as Quickshot, Dronie, Rocket, Circle, Propeller or Timelapse modes. But beware, the Mavic Mini does not integrate crash sensors.

DJI’s consumer drone can fly for around 30 minutes according to the manufacturer, which is record range for a drone of this size.
