RX 60xx specs on the run

In a week and a day, AMD will present its RX 60xx graphics cards, engraved in 7 nm and under RDNA 2 graphics architecture, in particular synonymous with hardware ray tracing. As always, indiscretions have leaked onto the internet, and they have intensified over the past few days: it has in particular been a question of the TBP of cards with a Navi 21 XT GPU, estimated at 355 W. Now VideoCardz, who claims to know the specifications of several references since Monday, to make some confidences on the Radeon RX 6900 XT, RX 6800 XT, RX 6800, RX 6700XT and RX 6700.

Two GPUs power these five models: the Navi 21 for the first three, available in its XTX, XT and XL versions, and the Navi 22 GPU for the last two. According to VideoCardz, the Radeon RX 6900 and RX 6800 all ship 16 GB of GDDR6 memory at a speed of 16 Gbit / s. They use a 256-bit memory bus, theoretically coupled to an enigmatic Infinity Cache mentioned in a previous update. Regarding frequencies, the RX 6900 XT would reach 2330 MHz. This may be the reference presented by AMD on October 8; if so, it would be at the level of an NVIDIA RTX 3080.
