While MiHoYo has only recently brought players closer to the wonderful world of Treyvat, it has already announced a number of events Genshin Impact as part of its routinely scheduled content updates. Genshin Impact Released as a free, open world adventure title on September 28th on PC, PlayStation 4 and mobile devices. While many players were reluctant to try the game due to the stigma surrounding free mobile titles, Genshin Impact managed to break consumer expectations. Compared to strong Zelda: Breath of the Wild for his approach to exploration and more, Genshin Impact offers tons of content for the low cost of $ 0. In an official blog post entitled “Future Versions and Events” MiHoYo announced that content updates will be released for Genshin Impact every six weeks. These updates add themed events, challenges, and rewards that correlate with in-game and real-world holidays. Updates take place on Wednesdays and can range from a new event to a map expansion to an addition to the game’s story. MiHoYo stated that these are updates Genshin Impact’s Ability to regularly post new content and that each event has new and unique activities for players to experience.


The next three updates have already been released by MiHoYo. The update version 1.1 will be released on November 11th and bring with it the Unreconciled Stars Event. Version 1.2 will be released on December 23rd and will include a map expansion that will reveal the Dragonspine region. Version 1.3 will be released sometime in February 2021, introducing the Lantern Rite series of events. In addition, various festivals take place in different cities in Genshin Impact. Lunar City and Liyue will hold separate events centered around the god of this region.

These regular updates are a great way to keep them Genshin Impact Feeling fresh and the way MiHoYo handles in-game events makes the world of Treyvat feel more like a real place. The idea that different regions of Treyvat celebrate different holidays mimics the real world and makes the holidays and cities special.
