Arsenal's horror run of results has seen them go nine matches without a win, lose manager Unai Emery and plunge down the Premier League standings.
The Gunners last tasted victory on October 24, when Vitoria Guimaraes of Portugal were beaten 3-2 with goals from Gabriel Martinelli and two from Nicolas Pepe, though even in that game they had to fight back from two down.
Since then it has been trouble all the way, with six draws — including against lowly Norwich - and three defeats, the last of which was against Brighton in front of a disgruntled Emirates Stadium crowd.
It is Arsenal's worst run since 1977, when they went an incredible ten games without a win. It leaves them down in tenth place, and could get worse after Sunday matches.
Arsenal visit West Ham tomorrow desperate to end the run, and interim coach Freddie Ljungberg clearly hasn't found the answers yet.
But what was it like 42 years ago when they last suffered so much? Pictures don't exist of all the games, but there's a snapshot above of what it was like before the Premier League was even an idea.
