Zamalek club announced the registration of 7 new players in its list for the next edition of the African Champions League.

Zamalek club indicated, through an official statement issued today, Wednesday, that the registration of players took place in the past few hours, after consultations between the football administration headed by Amir Mortada Mansour and the technical staff led by French Patrice Carteron.

The club completed the registration procedures for Omar Al-Saeed, Ivorian Razak Cisse, Moroccan Mohamed Onajem, rising goalkeeper Mr. Attia, Hossam Ashraf, Majed Hani and Mohamed Tarek in the African list.

The group stage draw for the African Champions League resulted in Zamalek falling into Group D, along with Moroccos Wydad Casablanca and Angolans Petro Atletico and Sagrada.

The Confederation of African Football had set February 12 as the date for the meeting of Zamalek and Petro Atletico in the first round of the group stage matches, and the match will be held at Cairo Stadium at six in the evening.

“CAF” has set February 19 as the date for the Whites’ match against Angolan Sagrada, which will be held in Angola as part of the second round matches of the group stage matches.
