Dubai - Yasmine El Tohamy - Al Ahly skipper Mohamed El-Shennawy has stressed that his team are psychologically ready for the Bayern Munich game.

They will now face European champions Bayern Munich in hopes of qualifying to the final for the first time in the club’s history.
Unlike the usual, the Reds enter the game as the underdogs, despite that Mohamed El-Shennawy believes that his side is ready for the game.
Recalling the 2018 World Cup opener against Uruguay, El-Shennawy said: “I was successful in that game. The whole team was in a good condition.
“The Bayern Munich game is different. They are a great team and the champions of Europe.
“But we are the champions of Africa and we are studying and preparing for the opponents.

El-Shennawy is the only Egyptian goalkeeper, alongside Essam El-Hadary, to play in both the World Cup and the Club World Cup.
