During an interview with Spanish news outlet AS, Salah talked about the possibility of leaving the Reds in the foreseeable future saying that ‘it’s all in the club’s hands’.
Moreover, the Egyptian has been reportedly unhappy with Liverpool, especially after being denied the captaincy in their Champions League encounter against Midtjylland, something which was confirmed by Egypt legend and close friend Mohamed Aboutrika.
This led to many Liverpool players playing down these rumours, with teammate Fabinho insisting that the Egyptian is happy at the club despite being linked with a move away.

“You are talking in excess of £100million and I think Real Madrid and Barcelona would be looking at [Kylian] Mbappe or [Erling] Haaland or even [Sadio] Mane ahead of Salah now because of his age.
