The European Football Union (Uefa) has banned Nurlan Ibrahimov from Azerbaijani champion Qarabag Agdam for life from “all football activities”. The control, ethics and disciplinary chamber came to this judgment, according to a statement from Uefa.
Ibrahimov had called for the killing of Armenians on social media. The Armenian Football Association had lodged a complaint and called for the club to be excluded from European competition.
