Jones started the process a month ago when he fearfully called Adesanya and said he was hiding behind the internet rather than fighting against it.

“Fighters and coaches mention my name in interviews but refused to sign the dotted line. Right now h ** s. Mention a man’s dead mother on the internet but try fighting Jared Cannoneer, ”Jones wrote on Twitter.

“The only time you hear something for me is when I answer (in Adesanya). It’s no secret that I want to break this clown’s neck. B *** h is hiding behind the internet and its trainers. ”

Adesanya wasted no time striking back when he brought up Jones’s crime story while bringing the family into the discussion.

“You embarrassed your father enough. Your mother Too. Dutch has a lot more discipline than a son’s disappointment, ”Adesanya wrote along with a follow-up tweet from Jones at a police station.

Adesanya shifted into gear this week after it was confirmed he would be promoted to the light heavyweight division to battle current champions Jan Blachowicz.

“I’m going to move up a weight class,” Adesanya said on Ariel Helwani MMA show.

“I’ll do what he does [Jones] hasn’t done in more than ten years.

“I’ll do it in just under three years.

“You can see his last five fights. Tell me it hasn’t washed. ”

Jones cleared his light heavyweight championship belt as he prepares to move up to the heavyweight division and face Stipe Miocic.

Adesanya said he was taking the belt off Blachowicz and would take out any challenger in the division. His dominance in Jones’ division would annoy him.

“He probably detests himself and waits until I don’t know, I don’t check,” Adesanya said The Mac life. “He loaths. It rubs him wrong, I know it rubs him wrong. Say something stupid, he knows I have clips, I’m ready for him. ”

Despite Jones’ reported heavyweight move, Adesanya still wants to take him over and bring their fiery rivalry to bed. No matter in which department it happens.

“I would say the first, then the second. When I’ve waited (to defend the light heavyweight title) I go back to 185 and f *** people up there and when he (Jones) wins the heavyweight belt I just jump up and pull it off of him. It would be cool, ”said Adesanya.

“It’s like, oh you took my old toy, now I want it back, then you come back down and I’ll hit him in the face.”
